Mother’s Day Gift Guide

by | Apr 30, 2020

My husband didn’t get me a gift for my first Mother’s Day.

Celebrations and gifts are very important to me.  It was something that I never shared with him.  And after 20 years of marriage, he gets it.

I’m not going to lie, he needs some helpful hints thrown at him.  And let me tell you it’s a win – win situation.  I get something I really want, or something that is important to me, and he doesn’t have all the stress and pressure of find the “perfect” gift.

So this week I’m starting my “hints”.  And I’m not vague at all!  It’s usually starts with a comment “Hey this would make a really nice Mother’s Day gift”, followed up with a text and a link!

Here are some of the things I’m loving right now and others that are on my Mother’s Day wish list.

Tenzie is one of our favorite family games.  It’s great for all ages.

These are my absolute favorite pair of pajamas – I have them in 4 different colors!

I recently purchased this little cell phone stand and it’s perfect for zoom calls!

I’m asking for another one of these amazingly soft blankets, my girls seem to have walked off with mine.

This is going to be one of my go-to drinks this summer – perfect for my new cup!

I can’t wait to get my hands on the new John Grisham book “Camino Winds.”

I am an avid reader and “Called Out” is on my wishlist.

This sweater is the perfect weight for those spring days that you need a little extra layer to keep you warm, and it’s easily dressed up or dressed down.

I don’t wear flip flops, so these waterproof Birkenstocks are perfect for the pool and the lake.  They come in so many different colors, it’s difficult to just choose one!

I absolutely love these cups in the summer, they keep my drink cold and the lid keeps all the bugs out!

I’m also loving the fun pastels of these Birkenstocks.

And finally one of my favorites I need to re-read.  You can’t go wrong with Rachel Hollis.
